Silverside Beef 250g of beef per 100g of biltong Seasoning mix: salt, black pepper, sucrose, maize, sugar, onion, CELERY, colour (vegetable black, plain caramel). anticaking agent (silicone dioxide), MUSTARD, mixed herbs and spices, chilli powder, Acidity regulator (Citric Acid), coriander, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, malt vinegar from BARLEY (GLUTEN), Preservative Potassium Sorbate.
